David is so thrilled and honoured to be a part of the Power of Movement 2014. Yoga has so many therapeutic and transformative benefits. He is excited to share his passion for yoga and hopefully spark one in you.
Fun and inclusive, David Good is a Yoga teacher, Inspiring Mentor and Lululemon Ambassador who believes in opening your mind and heart to a new way of thinking about your body and your potential. You can find David sharing his love for yoga in studios in Toronto and traveling to yoga festivals around the world. His classes are based on a unique expression of vigorous flowing Hatha yoga with an attention to systematic cueing, a respect for breath and fun therapeutic alignment tips to learn something about your body while nurturing your soul.
You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga, you just have to be willing to shake the dust off and see what happens.

Director of YogaFit Canada
Lisa Greenbaum, from Toronto, ON is the Director of YogaFit Canada Inc., the largest yoga teacher training school in North America based on the motto that Yoga is for everybody and every body. Lisa and YogaFit Canada have been proud supporters of the Power of Movement since 2011 and Lisa was grateful to lead Toronto’s master class that year. The Power of Movement is an organization very close to Lisa’s heart as her mother has both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. It has been working with her mom to develop a daily yoga practice that has truly made all the difference in pain management. It is her passion to help others find a safe and appropriate Yoga practice that continues to drive Lisa’s teachings and personal education forward. Lisa has been teaching yoga and group fitness classes for GoodLife Fitness in since 2001. She is a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through canfitpro and E-RYT 200, RYT 500 with YogaFit.
